Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
Hell, even some bad coping mechanisms can be better than cutting. I smoke (which everyone hates but f**k them if it works for me).
And speaking of accomplishments, 9 months is a long time. Be proud you've done that. But it's like AA, you relapse (which is normal), and you get back on the horse and take it a day at a time. Feeling bad cuz you slipped doesn't help. You're stronger than you think. You can do this.
And people with BPD can have healthy relationships (I've seen it). It's just a matter of finding an understanding partner.
