  Hi all,For about 4 years I feel numbness/tingles on/off... Been told by GP it's anxiety-related.Does anyone else experience sensation of numbness in their body when highly stressed/anxious?

  My partner and I live together and have done for a year. We've been together 2 years. At the start of the lockdown we broke up and slept in separate beds for 6 weeks. Now we're back in the same bed. It's been rocky- both sides feeling needs aren't being met.We spoke with a couples counsellor and have since agreed to work on things. The love never went away.
