  For many of you out here just starting on the road to recovery or have been on that road for some time, I just want to say that I'm proud to make positive changes. I've met with counselors, a therapist, listened and joined in on meetings, researching, reading books. It's not easy to look back on our past to see the things we've done and people we've harmed along the way. I know I ignored it for many years. Change is always a scary thing for me, however this time I feel like I have some control...

  Addiction/compulsion is not an easy thing to overcome. Especially when people disregard porn addiction as not something real.I am still in the early stages in recovery. I have had no desire to look at porn or masturbate. I try to fill my time with more meaningful activities. My wife and I are in this together thankfully.
