Well because I uploaded some pictures yesterday my girlfriend is all the closer to making the decision of leaving me... forever. I dont want her to, we work so well together and I have never been happier with anyone else. She is thinking of staying at her mom's house tonight. We have been arguing over my porn use and the lying for the last 2 years and I do want to stop my porn use. I told her that I joined this group and she says "Everytime after we fight it is something new." I have told my brother about my problem and my dad as well to possibly help me. She has already "given up" and now all I have to do is to prove myself with action. I have cut down the amount of time I watch porn or look at fetish pictures. And I am becoming more productive everyday little by little and she says that she is tired of waiting. Can someone please help me out here? Someone to talk to durning the day or just to text and get some advice as I go about my day? I can do the same for someone as well.
As far as help goes, this place is good to meet people as well as get ideas of healthier activities. I myself along with this group have joined a local addiction group, my wife and I are doing counseling, I'm doing separate therapy, and finding different physical exercises to do. Ultimately it is your choice to make the right decisions, and it's ok to ask for help as well. You are not alone in this.

You need to heal your soul, you have poisoned your soul with porn and sex, and until you can get sexually sober you will only continue to the terminus of your spirit and mind.
Tell he you love her and need to get clean.
Tell her you are going to do the 90 day no challenge of no fap.
Find married males to be your accountability partners.
When you think about porn write down why
when you reach for porn text or call someone.
Start reading the bible and praying everyday.
learn to love yourself and listen to your pain.
