  Hi all! So, I've been dealing with anxiety for quite some time, and while it's gotten a lot better, there are still definitely bad days. I've been thinking about starting a sort of art diary to explore my thoughts/feelings -- not sure if anyone else on here is artsy but I thought it could be fun to kind of share our journey with a process like this? Maybe help us all feel a little less alone in these weird times?

  So, I'm new to this forum but definitely not new to anxiety. I've struggled with anxiety/depression/OCD since I was in first/second grade, and it's been a very up and down journey for me. I am currently a junior in college and last year was probably the worst anxiety experience of my life. I was so overwhelmed with school and was struggling with a lot of self-esteem/comparison issues. Tried to switch anxiety medications after being on Zoloft for many years, which ended poorly. Ended up...

  I'm sure a lot of other people are struggling with this, but I'm just having such a hard time keeping on top of projects now that the semester is online. I'm able to get daily readings and class discussions done, but when it comes to long-term projects/papers, I've been having... like no motivation. I keep thinking "Oh the end of the semester is WEEKS away" and then I realize I have literally two weeks left. Not sure if anyone has any tips that have helped you stay motivated through all of this?
