Lately ive beem having a really difficult time getting scary thoughts out of my head. This has always been a problem but it's been affecting me a lot worse lately. Scary things pop into my head and I can't get rid of them. The more scared I am the longer I latch onto it and I have a very very vivid imagination so I picture everything very clear. I'm still up, it's 2am and I can't sleep because I read something scary earlier and I can't stop imagining it. If you guys have any tips on dealing w these things or know how to get these thoughts out of your head please let me know I'd love to learn how to help myself calm down from this stuff.
