  Yesterday was pretty rough. ESPECIALLY last night. Boy was last night hard to get through. Yesterday my face started doing this weird thing where it felt numb and slightly twitchy. Similar to when I have panic attacks and I had a bad one the day before.   I will try to keep this short for today. A few people have been asking about how the search for therapy is going and I have some news about that. The other day my mom went to a party one of her friends daughter hosted it. It turns out the girl hosting the party works for the place i used to go for counseling and she is supposed to call my mom sometimes soon to talk about options for me. So that's that.   A bit of a weird title but I will explain that in a second.   Not much is new but wanted to vent about yesterday. Lately I feel like I am caught in the bad part of a mental health cycle so I am just trying to wait it out. Yesterday was not one of my best days. It started off okay I baked a pumpkin roll it was very good and I'll probably be making more soon. But after that my dad randomly brought us fast food.   Well yesterday i did something that is kinda small but also good. So I have a very old and gross mattress. Like it is tinted a dull yellow color from how old it is. Has pokey metal bits coming out of it. I had to bend metal wires back into the mattress and sew patches over the holes they made. So my mom has offered to buy me a new mattress or to give me a mattress topper before but I've always been to anxious to change it because this is my room, my safe place that I don't want to change.
