  Hello everyone I'm looking for some advice on weight loss and tricks to change what I eat. I also would like some information on working out at home for the days that I don't gothe gym.  Also do anyone know at what speed and incline do you have to walk the treadmill to start losing weight. I usually try to walk for a hour and ride the bike or other machines for 30 mins. Im just now really getting back into the gym so all help and advice will be great

  Hello all my name is Sherita and I'm new here. Im looking for advice and support on how to deal with Daddy Issues.   Funny how I'm the one dealing with a chronic pain condition but I put everyone before myself.   Hello everyone my name is Sherita and I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Oct 9 of this year. It is a chronic nerve condition that can affect the whole body and some days I can't make it out of bed. This disease is also known as the suicide disease because of the pain a person is in.
