Were you injured or did you have surgery? What brought on your symptoms, usually there is a trigger that starts the CRPS.
Are you taking any Nerve Pain treatment medications, i.e. Neurontin, Lyrica? What about Gabapentin or Lidocaine Patches, have you tried any of these medication and gotten any relief. Narcotic pain meds generally don't help much with CRPS as they don't tend to work on Nerve Pain
Physical Therapy, such as in a pool, so it's weight-resistant can help, to keep you mobile and not allow your limbs to tighten up which often makes the pain worse. Psychotherapy helps for the Depression and constantly having to deal with Chronic Pain, a Therapist can help you learn coping skills and Relaxation and Deep Breathing exercises to help get through the pain.
There is no cure for CRPS, but there are ways to help manage it.

I have peroneal and tibial nerve damage, a part my leg changes color from pale to blue to red, it swells, burns.
Goes super cold.
I found local injections to be helpful, I have lidocaine with ketamine - cream, and most importantly - heat. My bf got me a portable electric brace to wear on my knee.
The pain is usually worse with cold, because if causes vasoconstriction.
As painful as it is, you must exercise to increase blood flow to your area.
