  I can barely bring myself to even type this right now. I am at a complete loss of strength. I feel powerless and absolutely devasted. There is nothing i can do to change my partner. I knew this i guess i wasnt ready truly for the idea that he wasnt ready to change for himself. The feelings coming up are so heavy. This is definetly my lowest.   Its been about day four in having a pretty solid routine. Being isolated and off work has given me the chance to really get into a self care routine. I wake up in the morning -- clean, take vitmans, drink water, journal my feelings, i do either 10 or 20 things im greatful for and 10 or 20 things I like about myself. Then I usually stretch to some music, pick a time im going to go to alannon phone meeting. I usally call my mom after that. She is alone and bored usually so I like to call her and...

  Meditation for today: I will not supress my feelings. Whatever my feelings are I will allow them, I will feel them, I will name them and give myself the attention I deserve.   Meditation for today: Focusing on myself is not a hobby it isn't some perfect ideal i am trying to achieve it is simply a way of life. In each moment I choose to bring the attention to my thoughts, my feelings, and my own self care -- i remember being truly loving to yourself in mindfullness of others is not selfish it is crucial for serenity. Today I have been allowing myself to go a little slower than usual.   Meditation for today: Just like in actual meditation or yoga, teachers tell you to bring your attention back to your breathe. They say to let go of thoughts, the day ahead and just focus your attention inward. Today I remember that in all my affairs I bring myself back to myself, my awareness despite what is going on around me.   Meditation for today: whatever happens around me whatever i feel let it be a wave that washes over me, cleansing me and transforming my anxiety to peace.Its truly been hard to ride out this wave. It started about two days ago. Saturday I think. I should have went to an alannon meeting. But i chose not to. I did other self care things but I didn't connect with someone.   Boy this morning is sure thought I had alot to be mad about. I even acted like i did. I made a whole batch of cookies last night and my partner at almost every one of them, and i cried about it. After some serious choice words, cause boy did i overeact, I calmned down and realized if I want to get what I really want then i have to stop throwing tantrums and ignore sort of the things I dont.
