  Hi again everyone,I had some crazy stuff happening today.   Hi all,I have just recently realized that I had PTSD (I think more specificallly complex PTSD). I haven't noticed much in the way of anxiety however I was totally divorced from my feelings and I have always (since I can remember) lived in 'my own world'. I have been working over the last while with my sister who found a way out of her own PTSD / anxiety etc and I am almost at the point that I can say I am free of the PTSD. It almost brings me to tears looking at the years of my life I've lost...
