  My issue is that I have been out of work for three years and have been working on and off before then. I will not use anxiety as an excuse, however I just cant get my body to move and be more pro active want to actuall physically move from the spot where I felt the most secure. People around me tell me that you have to do something start going excersizing and start going out more often. But all I do is eat,sleep and drink and watch tvshows or be on the lap top I cant seem to stop myself from...

  I am a type of person who can help others but cant help myself in someways.When anxious I have emotions of anger,hurt and guilt. I previously did have anxiety but it seems like I did not fully deal with it. I have issues sleeping and I have moving pain throught my body , sometimes it feels like my body is boiling and sometimes feeling cold.
