  I dont know where to start.. ugh i hate hate hate this feeling so much. i wish it would just stop! it hurts so much. i cant deal with it anymore. I am ready to die. like i feel like thats the only way to be happy. I feel the anger and i cant bare it much longer.   Yesterday I had a quiet day to myself. I stayed in my aunts room playing with makeup. It was calm I was really enjoying myself. But at the same time is was damaging me. Every time I looked in the Mirror I saw something hideous. I don’t see the beauty everyone else does. I feel like I’m a messed up copy of a essay being crumbled slowly feeling all the creeks and pokes pricking at my thic, patterns hand. I get this sharp pain in Munich chest and stomach that feeds into and all over my body....

  Im in so much pain. I don’t know how to describe it but I want it to go away. I’m hurting. I can’t take this pain any longer. I’m honestly ready to die. I just want it all to end..

  I get anxiety so easy. With any little thing. Doesn’t help I’m always uncomfortable. Only Once in a while I can be free. That’s when I lay on the floor in the middle of my room, and think of me flouting on clouds. It’s really calming but still fills me with sorrow knowing it won’t last long,..

  i first starting cutting a year ago. It really wasn’t cutting it was more Little lines on the left and right sides of my wrist but they were small.   Up until the last few days of 2017. One of those days I got really upset and  I was just like forget it. I  went to my safe spot aka my bathroom.  Then I did my  first real cut across my arm.
