  I hv a family support of 3.   My cousin understand me (he  is a social worker).   I lean a lot on him when I'm struggling.  He works nights so it's great when I need him at night he is right there but during the day no one. None of my friend know.  My Aunt doesn't comprehend the depression or cutting or even sudical thought.  How do I explain it to her.  She just says get up and do something.  I'm barely taking care of my pets.  I can't seem to do anything at all.  I just lay here....

  I just got out of the hospital on Thursday for self harm ( suicidal / cutting ).  All they did was add a benzo and Abilify. They added Abilify on Wednesday and discharge me on Thursday. Even when I left I was still wanting to cut. I am currently on the max dose  Latuda and  Lacmictal plus a bunch of sleeping meds. Currently I feel like a zombie my eyes are toast I can barely concentrate, walking is challenge,I try to work yesterday and it was a nightmare I can't go on short-term disability...

  I'm really completely out of control.  Completely screwed up at work today that will hv long term  consequences.  Started the day with leaving the door open and calling out for my dead dog.   hi. I hvnt been in for a long time.  Medical has been really bad.  I lost my dog last week and I'm really struggling.  He was my best friend for 14 yrs.  he was always by my side.   I'm really trying to " grieving in a healthy" way but A not sure I'm doing it right and B if I am I want to go back to my black and white world where I just shove it all away.  I'm just so overwhelmed with al these feeling. Then I hv trama grief pops in and makes it all worse.  I feel like I'm in my  tornado...
