and I don't use the word "friend" lightly. Big hugs to you!
Hang in there. A friend is coming your way!
Praying helps always but maybe you could join a group of dancing, yoga and something else.
To me help other people gives me a good feeling.
wombat2..true and funny! Sometimes it's just easier to isolate than be in a relationship but easy isn't always the best route.
Only one person in my family that understands me
At that moment I fell into a deep depression. I searched my mind and it really hit me. If I wanted to go out, there's nobody I could call. most contact me through FB. I've never felt that lonely.
The only time I get out is either the grocery store or the Dr appt. Mike dictates when and where we go out. I've asked to take me to a place we go to once in awhile, but always uses money that we can't go. when he goes out magically money appears. I have my own money but what's the point if you can't go with anyone, to ANYTHING?
I'm think of checking myself into Carrier Clinic bc I feel like harming myself. Seeing my girlfriend out pics did it for me. Maybe I'm not worthy of friends.
I'm sorry this isn't as eloquent as most of my posts, but it's hard to type or think when you're crying your ass of.
I haven't been on FB for a few years in part because I found out who my real friends were once my mental health issues came to light.
