  I had a pretty rough night. Hallucinations we're off the charts and I thought about ending it quite a bit. I of course didn't do anything because of my baby, but I wanted to. I sat on the phone with my therapist for about 20 minutes and my fiancé held me during a terrible panic attack. I just hate that I feel like such a burden. He told me that he isn't sure about going into work tonight since I'll be alone at home and he doesn't trust that things will be okay after what he witnessed last...

  Hello all, just figured I would post and introduce myself since I just joined the group. I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, panic disorder, ADD, and major depression. I came to this group to hopefully find a group of supportive people who understand the struggles associated with mental health.
