can you talk to your pdoc about getting meds back on track - that would probably be a big help and maybe schedule a meeting with your therapist if you can. keep posting here. good thoughts and a big sackful of hugs to help you through these moments...
There is no way to grieve...it just is the way you are to let what happens happen....holding your pain inside will hurt you. Please talk here as much as you want....we are here to support you as best as we can....
Please do go to your psydr and if you do have a therapist...please do let them help you....my heart is with you....loss is something I know well....Huge Hugs!!! I love Michael Sealy, he does all types of meditations on utube....he helps to ground me, helps relax me, and helps to put me to sleep....
I hope you will be helped this way too....I also garden a lot...it's like a prayer time for me...I get lost digging or pulling out weeds....I see the weeds as a part of life...and the pain in my life....as I pull them out it's a way to let go, accept and move beyond. Take Good Care
A RL support group can help a lot due to the support and grieving together
The best advise I can give is let yourself grieve..... Let the grief out..... and if you feel yourself sinking most definitely see your doctor.... Another hug and a blessing......xo
