  Hi, first time here.I have recently had a number of symptoms that point towards a diagnosis of MS. Two of my aunties had MS, so it has been on my radar as a possibility. Currently moving through a series of tests to rule out other options but it is slow going.   My husband has just shared his feelings with me by yelling at me , demanding that I answer him, following me to the toilet where I was crying and starting at me again, threatening to sleep on the other room, continuing to badger me for an answer after I gave him the best answer I could.   So today I tried to explain to my husband how it makes me feel when he makes personal negative comments about me when we are doing something together eg: working on the car.   So I had a conversation with my husband this morning as we are both trying to 'move on'. Briefly, the problem is, I withdraw and he feels lonely,he gets angry and says hurtful things, I withdraw more and around we go.We both see that we are hurting each other and need to stop the cycle.   Have you ever been so confused that you wonder if the comments that your partner makes that cut you to the core are actually acceptable? Even though you know you wouldn't accept them from someone else? It appears that he thinks nothing of making negative personal assessments and comments about me, as if somehow it is ok or even helpful. Am I going mad?   Seeking some insight here. My husband and I have been struggling for 24 years.
