  hey,I've known I've had this for a long time, and I've been in and out of therapy. I'm what you'd consider "high functioning" from the outside, I do a lot, I work in the mental health field and have held high positions, and I think I generally get by through pushing away the bad stuff, "keeping moving" and focusing on what I can..for whatever reason I cant figure out, in the last few months it's been getting so much worse. I don't know what to do anymore and I feel like I'm barely holding it...
