I was clean for about 3 months until I relapsed. I'm doing it every other day again. I'm an adult, and I feel like I should be better then this, but I just cant stop.
I'm not sure about this site yet.

It seems as if I've searched high and low for help. I suffer from bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. I've asked my family for help, my husband, and I've been all over the internet for help. This website is just another attempt to find whatever it is I'm looking for. I've been so low lately, I havent left my house in days. I havent brushed my hair. I've started self harming again. I just wish I knew what to do. My husband can only comfort me so much before he's emotionally...
