does anyone know how to get help without needing your parents permission. I don’t think I’ll make it another year and my dad keeps telling me to suck it up. It hurts. I’m hurting and I need help. I’m tired of crying myself to sleep every night ):

I’ve been depressed for about a year now. I don’t know what to do. I need to go see someone. I need to get help. Everyone says it’s just a teen thing and all of my friends get mad at me because I don’t know what is wrong... my dad refuses to get me help or let me see someone because he says I’ll get over it. But I’m not and I’m stuck in a world of hell that I don’t want to be in..
