  Hey guys. It's been a long time since I've had to come here seeking some sort of relief or understanding. My friend/co-worker passed a few days ago. She had cancer and we knew the diagnosis wasn't good but she went downhill so sudden. She had faith that I admire and I do see the Lord in so much of her story and I am so thankful he didn't let her suffer but it is so hard to accept.   My mom is struggling with being an alchoholic. She got out of rehab towards the end of November and it only lasted about two weeks. My dad told me today he was going to see a lawyer about a divorce. I know this is selfish but that puts so much stress on me. Where does she go. How is she going to make it. I told her today she could move in with me and my family. She is in disbelief he is going through with it.
