  I have now realized that I have a problem with food addiction. I have tried eating less and trying to put all my spare time into productive things so that I do not get bored and feel guilty and discussing. I have to say that it it's going very poorly. I eat constantly, I hate so much for breakfast, lunch and dinner tonight plus tones of junk food throughout the day and then dessert. I'm eating and binging more that usual. I think it'd because I'm stressed , I'm going home soon from overseas and...

  i just ate a whole half of a packet of brownie... I feel sick, I feel guilty, I feel disgusting. Everytime I feel like I'm making progress I go a head and do something like this. I hate myself , I hate my body. I just don't know what to do.

  The first while year of high school,vi would fake being sick so much that I almost failed year 7. I just couldn't face the faces, didn't want to fit I school, I didn't want it be around people.   Tonight was the first time in a long time that I didn't eat after dinner. I didn't know his good I would feel t have accomplished something so small it has given me more joy than I could have ever expected oh and to top it all off I only ate a tablespoon of my peanut butter today in stead of ten. I know that it was only one day and tomorrow is going to be just as had but I feel like this is step in the right direction
