  its been a while since i know im a HSPit's just really hard to live this life, because others or even my close family cant understand what if they talk loud just a bit it will keep me awake at night and cranky for the next few days, because we cant take things lightly, and without realising what happened to me im become grumpy and annoying for them, and the cycle keep goes on, its like trapped in unending loop of misery...
