  hey, I kinda need someone to talk to because all my friends are busy or don't care/understand. I've been trying to better myself but I feel like its getting worse, my anxiety is getting worse around people, in school, even at home doing nothing. I'm still having visions and thoughts of my friends and family dying and I vision all the ways I could possibly kill myself.I want to cry, but I can't and all this pressure in my chest is just building up and I don't know how to release any of it.
