  When I was 17/18 I got involved with someone who I thought would change my life and he did but not in a good way - for 4 years he was incredibly emotionally abusive and I think I am coming to terms of sexual abuse as well. I haven't thought about him or even spoken with him since I left but recently someone suggested that I need to actually discuss because doing what I am doing is not dealing with it. There is no one I can speak to about this so I don't really know what to do now
