Second, its ok to not be ok. you have nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed by what you have done, I have been self harming for years now and am super close to relapsing but it's ok because you can and do deserve to move on from it. Is there a friend or someone you really trust that you can talk to about this? The fact you are going to a doctor is a good thing and something you should be proud of
