  Hi..  I'm new here and really don't know what to say.  I feel so overwhelmed and it's a feeling I seem to have a lot. I'm lonely. And sad and I feel like I can't do anything right.  I'm in constant pain from my Fibromyalgia and that doesn't help my mood.  I have very little interest anymore.  I feel like I'm slowly fading away. Like a wave in the ocean tossed all over with no control.   Life has got to be better than this.  It just has to be.
