  A couple months ago I started eating less. I don't really know why-I was already barely above underweight on the BMI. I have extreme self-esteem issues, but they're based more on my face and social anxiety than on my body. But for some reason it made me eat less. And now it's getting out of control. Most days I only eat one meal. I never have energy until I eat and then it's a big burst. I don't know how to stop.

  I go back to school in a week and I don't know if I'll be able to stand it. I don't know how to make friends. It's so embarrassing to always be seen by myself when everyone else travels in big groups. I skip lunch every day because I have no one to sit with. I can manage having conversations with people in my classes by I can never turn class friends into real ones that I see outside of school.
