  I have been carrying this rage inside of me for almost 30 years at my father. He sexually abused me when I was 14. I confronted him when I 26, he abused me all over again verbally. He said he knows a lot of daughters who want to have sex with their fathers. I was still afraid and walked away. I want to get my anger out at him.  I feel like lashing out.   I feel like my stomach is a black hole. I just finished three bowls of pasta and I am still hungry. My stomach hurts but I eat. I cannot take much more of this.

  My father sexually abused me. Does it really help to be angry at him. I have written a letter expressing my anger. I have written journals putting it all out there. But the disgust and rage does not go away. does it really help when people say get your anger out, because i try and get out the anger but its still there. I am confused. there is also this feeling of disgust and shame that i am not sure how to deal with.

  I drink around ten cups of coffee per day with tons of sugar. I try to stop and have stopped in the past for periods but I always go back to drinking caffein. I cannot seem to stop more than a month. I hate myself and feel guilty for not taking care of myself but feel paralysed.

  I have been diagnosed with ptsd and it drives me crazy deals with me like I am perfectly normal. I am an incest survivor and nobody wants to acknowledge it and behave with me as though nothing has happened. I am done with expecting anything from my mother. She makes everrything about herself. I try to move on and be as emotionally detached as I can be from her but it is so difficult. I feel like I am the crazy one.
