  often when i am feeling good about myself and think i "have things under control" something sneaks in and causes me a mental freak out. so just wondering, what are some favorite standby stress relievers you all use to calm yourself or walk yourself through a  difficult moment?my fave go to:* slow, paced, deep breathing

  So....i am going on a trip in two weeks to help protect sea turtle habitats in thwe bahamas.  i am SOOOOO excited about this!!!!i have been wanting to work with this group on other projects for YEARS but it just hasnt happened, and now i have my chance!!  but with the way i am, i have OCD,PTSD & DID, i have gotten used to sheltering myself a lot. i mean im a pretty rambunctious and fly by the seat person, but within a comfort range.  and now i am travelling OUTSIDE those bounds.  when i...
