   My depression I fight everyday. How can you break threw the chains? I feel lost and feel without a purpose. I have two beautiful babies just trying to do right by them. My husband is 1300 miles away. It's hard to explain my feeling because everytime I do I feel like my brain hit a wall. Sorry tired stressed.

  So I'm 27. I been going threw this as I call it hell sitting on my chest for as far back as I can remember. I am glad I found this forum. Now I can actually talk to some of yall that understand the constant pressure on your chest. Butterflies in your stomach. I do have some ways I can release some of it. Look forward to learning new ways =)
