  Taking another step forward. Tonight I'm signing the papers for a new apartment. It's going to very hard to leave my old place. Already have cried thinking about moving. But I need to. The house has been so lonely without Jess. I miss her but it's something I need do to continue to heal

  One of the last things I talked about with my wife before she got really sick was she wanted me to run a marathon in Green Bay in May. I've done it the past two years as was thinking of skipping it this year. But she told me to I have to so I've been training for it since mid December. Been running on a treadmill but that is really boring. Even though it was around only 40 degrees this morning I decided to run outside. I like to run to Miller park. It's about a 12 mile run for me there and...

  Ok, so this morning I'm working out. I'm in the middle of a deadlift and for some very odd reason I start to cry. Nothing was going through my head at the time other than I hate deadlifting. Has this happened to anyone else?
