Suffering severe fibromyalgia, and many other depleted stress disorders. Working hard on finding natural ways to overcome these challenges. DS has proved to be a place for me to learn, give and receive support. Older but wiser now. Survivor of CPTSD on the healing path of the warrior who must find the courage to emotionally wade through all of the painful truths of abuse and abandonment in order to find the inner child (my true self) who hid so long ago, deep within protective layers to protect Diana from the physical/emotional pain. I am doing fairly well after two years of self-motivated healing work. Finding my identity, self-value, boundaries, real emotions, strengths, weaknesses, interests, goals, etc. has been challenging but so very worth the journey. I like to be where it is warm. Reading was my passion but now it is limited. Swimming, hiking, dancing, ice-skating, and walking were my lifestyle activities but now I sit in hot tubs, float in waters, slow dance, don\'t ice-skate very well, and try to get through each day the best I can. I love flowers, children, people with a kind heart and a sense of humor. I want to help other people along their healing journey if and when I can.
