Hi everyone!
I was on here years ago, I have be diagnosed with FMS 3 or 4 times, only to be changed to either Lupus, or some other ailment, don't know what I have... A lot of muscle pain, brain fog, chronic fatigue, etc... I am also dx'd with PsA, Raynaud's, and polyneuropathy, along with spinal stenosis, DDD, and my spine starting to fuse together, besides that I am doing fine.

Deelyn dietary changes have helped me significantly as well. I follow a paleo/anti-candida diet and have removed foods that I am intolerant to. I work with an integrative doctor and follow a natural approach as well.
John do you leave in a medical cannabis state? The medicinal cannabis along with dietary changes, heat therapy, pacing, massage, etc. have been a lifesaver for me.

I do live in Cannabis California, but the ashram I live in might have a dim view of the stuff, I have heard good things about it. My spinal specialist gave me a Rx for Tramadol, a couple of weeks ago, that seems to be helping take the edge off, I can't take it at night because it makes me hyper instead of drowsy. My Rheumy gave me muscle relaxers, but they do nothing, I guess it is to small of a dose, it certainly doesn't relax any muscles...
I left one disease out of my first post, it is a slow growing cancer, probably from my excessive inflammation, it is called Waldenstrom's Macroglobulemia, the name kind of rolls off the tongue, it is not very serious, it just slowly turns the bone marrow into cancer cells...
Besides the boughts of chronic fatigue and overall pain, I am doing pretty well. I live out in the country on a 100 acre farm, no pressing responsibilities, when I have a sleepless night I can sleep in in the morning (which has been happening a lot)...
Anyway, I feel like I have returned home to all my friends!
