Berriosa - act as if you are a person of integrity - aka fake it until you become it/
Tough day with my Dad - lost my focus, but still lie-free - today is better, but still slightly out of balance
Larry, it is far more difficult for me to lie than to fess-up and face the truth - usually fears associated with the truth never materialize or if they do they are far less severe than being caught in a lie.
Now that my brain has realized this, I hope my mind follows suit...
Couldn't sleep last night and watched a movie - this quote stuck with me..
"Do you know what the future is Scott? The future is just a bunch of what you do right now strung together. And what you are doing now is giving up. And trust me there is no future in that. Scott, I hope you don't give up this easy in life, because it gets a hell of a lot harder than football." - Kurt Russell..
Welcome To Roben! This is not inactive, there are plenty of people here to offer support. One day at a time, it's gotten me to today!
Tomorrow we'll be holding our Thursday nite LA call. For anyone interested check out the associated blog on this site - we'll be discussing Resentment.
Today is 80 days of completely lie-free and/or lying, but immediately catching myself and correcting the lie. Happy Lie-Free Wednesday y'all.
