Liars Anonymous Community Group
A support group to provide those with a compulsive addiction to lie a place to share hope, strength and courage with others like them; solve our common problem and help others with a compulsion to lie. We aren't alone!
Just a reminder we are having our online meeting this evening 5:30 PST (8:30 PM EST) http://anymeeting.com/liarsanonymous

Taking it slow - I'm going to try and count to 3 before I answer anything today. Going to try and not worry about the past - only the future - this hour - this day....
A very good meeting last night - thank you Laura O for leading... nicely done! Happy Lie-Free Friday everyone!
I can feel myself slipping and need to get back to the basics - taking time each morning to meditate, work the steps and remind myself of the damage my lying and addiction has caused. Still lie-free and want to stay that way.
You won’t be free from guilt if you are constantly replaying the negative memories of your past. If you’re going to replay anything, replay your victories! - Joel Osteen
borntorun- hey hang in there. know that you have a lot to offer to people.. how do you center yourself?
today is a better day - it will be hectic, but it will be better. i am able to focus and do.
Off to Celebrate Recovery group tonight. Just like this group, I am always humbled and encouraged by hearing other people's struggles and successes. It is by sharing our faults, being open and honest with others that we can begin to be honest with ourselves. Together we make each other stronger and keep each other accountable.
