read through the various posts and you'll find you're not alone; slow down, think before speaking and correct any slips - it isn't easy, but it is liberating.
had a 'date' with my wife - it got awkward at one point; this truthfulness can create moments of awkwardness. we fixed it, but we both noticed when it happened - it was like flipping a switch.
I was lie free yesterday and hope for more of the same today - happy Saturday to everyone.

Made it through another day lie free. Being snowed in kept me away from much contact with people but I did have some phone conversations with family. Spent lots of time reflecting on my situation. Grateful for what I have and trying to focus on that instead of what I lost. Hoping for another honest day tomorrow.
