The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

Asda checking in. Although I.have not lied for a couple of days, I still have thoughts of how to word my answer to make it appear that I did nothing wrong. I am aware of these thoughts now, and have a choice to act on them or not. It's really hard to not go with my ingrained response, but that is my only option now.
My prayers and hopes go out to all of us today, thanks for being here to listen.

Tim Checking in Day 3... tried some techniques off a site that i found...here is the url if anyone would like to browse it... My motto today is i wont lose my wife or my kids because of my communication to speak untruthful words to people, and not keep communication in my relationship.
