The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

Checking in today as I'm back to square one. My lies are lies of omission. I hide things that I know are little but know they may also cause uncomfortable conversations. I hate confrontation (which is odd because my lies always put me in bigger confrontational situations that would be there if I told the truth ...). I have to go back to the beginning and find out why I do this - why I feel the need to hide things from the people I love most in the world.

Ok, this is my first daily checkin. I haven't lied today. I guess it's pretty easy on days when you're not even tempted. What I need is to make sure this stays in my mind when there's anything that for some reason I'm tempted to be even the least bit untruthful about.

Well, i guess I'm late checking in for yesterday. I'm not dropping the ball, though, I am working on this problem daily. i went to 2 AA meetings yesterday.
it's been 33 days since I lied. I say this because I'm at least not aware of any others. What concerns me is that the last lie I'm aware of was a lie of omission that I justified in my head. I've racked my brain to see if there were others since, and there are none at least that I'm aware of.
