This is the first time I have actually admitted this to myself and thought that I actually need to try and get some help, after putting my girlfriend through hell recently lying about the most unnecessary things.
you can't believe how much of the lying is coming from them. iam am so bored with the lying. and now, that dumb pulse which goes on playing dumbo, I eamn Brittany spears, like, what did I do to deserve this???????????
anyway, hotspot good news, they are going to end the whore down the street bou kny demolitioning the street, but she's so dumb, she thinks it is great because then her clietns can dress up as construction workers.
little does she know, her ears are going to fall off from noise, her car won't make it down street, and if I catch loitering men on the street without a permit, and I will check, I will report them so fast their heads will spin round and round.
so I am exicted too. they are finally going to fix 'the probelm'
oh, and before Christmas, which will be nice I think.
yous guys take cared and when I get back from checking the street again for loiterers i' be back to let you know if I can stand to stop lying to myself.
oh, one last think, I am not sober lie wise. no, I been lyig to myself. just because I can, and I have no wone to hold me accountable. so that is nice.
so, y
I've been busy, but I have become complacent and have just basically become distracted with other facets of my life. Things are still relatively good.
I have been honest with my wife, although at times, there have been some ambiguous moments where she doesn't believe me, but in the end has had to believe me. I hate those moments because I have been telling the truth, but "it's the boy who cried wolf" theory.
Anyhow, I need to slow down my thoughts and responses to prevent these ambiguous moments from occurring.
I also need to come back on here and remind myself of the situation I am in.
My name is Jim and I am a liar.
I have been honest for a week now.
I am happy to share some conversation in the hopes that we may be able to help each other.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Jim
Just like you I too have lied about things for no justifiable apparent reason.
We have deep under lying issues which must be re scripted to change.
We are not born liars, but we allow ourselves to become liars as it is often very easy to get away with and we begin to believe that others lie, so we should be able to lie ourselves.
Simply, In our Brains, the Neurons that fire together wire together.
As a fellow liar, I have done exactly the same as yourself and allowed my own Neuron Paths in my brain to form a connection which allows us to lie.
This can be changed but requires allot of work and time and it is not an easy road for the first months.
What I used to help me, was every time I would feel a Lie coming, catch myself and think that this Lie makes me a coward. Be hard on yourself at the beginning and once you find that you have found that you stopped the lie and actually told the truth, give your self some credit and self love.
the reason we lie is that we have shut down 1 of the 3 area's we need to function normally.
We use our heads and our hearts but our safe personal haven located below our bellies is shut down.
When you catch your self about to spew out a lie and you stop yourself and you get the feeling of the telling the truth, allow yourself to become present and give your self a moment to allow the feeling to be absorbed. You cannot force this or think that you can direct the feeling. You must allow the feeling to find it's own way to the safe place and allow this safe place to expand on it's own.
Please email me if I may be of any further help as by myself helping you, you are helping me.
