I'm finding now that if I'm presented in a situation where I have the option of doing something good or doing something I'll potentially lie about, I'm almost immediately choosing the "good" option, no matter how hard the "bad" one pulls me in. I am generally a very impulsive person, and that usually leads to alot of my lies, but now that I'm controlling my impulses I'm cutting down on alot of situations where I'd even be tempted to tell a lie. It's going great!

Good morning. I'm Mike and I'm a liar. Today marks the beginning of what I hope is day 3. I had an opportunity to lie yesterday and didn't, which is a very good thing for me. Hopefully I can continue down this better road.
