Day 4 for me. Had another minor slip-up on the weekend. I almost slipped-up again today, but caught myself right afterwards.

I was doing well, I lied todaym and hurt my loved ones.

Good morning folks. My name is Greg, and I am a liar. Today marks 2 months of not lying. It has not been an easy couple of months, but it has been satisfying in many aspects. It is good to read so many positive messages here because we all not there are many difficult and hard times on this journey. Today matches my mood, a grey and rainy day here on the West Coast. Fall-out from lies in my marriage has cast a huge cloud on the day here. Have to keep looking for the positive things to get through this day. Why do we never think of the consequences of our lies, or how they will affect others? The lies were always about me, an dhow they could make my life 'better', or make me look 'better'. Now I consciously ask myself these questions before speaking, par of the 'truth filter'. Hope your days are going well.

I got thru day 3 just fine, so today marks the beginning of day 4. Hope its a good one! Stay strong everyone...

I'm Rob and I'm a liar. At the end of today, I will have achieved my first goal - no lying for a whole week! That might be a first for me. That also includes no truth bending or information withheld. I came perfectly clean with my wife, her Mom and my Parents. Boy, that sure wasn't easy. I'm still on the outs with
my wife, but hopefully she can see that trying to be a better man.
