Cathy I'm sorry your having to go through this . You would think the amount of money we pay them they could at least return a phone call. Now the weekend is here and they probably arent open tomorrow. I know today was Vets Day but the offices are open where I live. I would go to an urgent care if you have one in your area but I'm not sure they found change your med or even an ER. Can I ask if this is your new doctor that you love so much ? Even if not I would definently tell her how you were treated and how it made you feel. Please let us know what and when you find out what they are going to do for you. Hugs and prayers

I wish I could wave my magic wand and make all this frustrating stuff we all go through disappear. I wish I had that power. I know prayer has power but it just takes so long sometimes and I guess I think I know what's best and what should happen, whereas in reality, what do I know?
So after all that, I hope you all have as good a weekend as possible, even though things aren't perfect like we wish they were.

Cathy...in my area, getting meds for pain is harder than pulling teeth out of a baby:(:(
I only got lucky that I get mine from my current dr.She's the one that got me my dx's and knows the H*** of the pain I'm in, still, she's still very guarded on how much she will allow me to have. I guess something is better than nothing though.
Do you not have a pain management clinic in your area? if you do,maybe you could connect with them for help.

I'm still here. I've been a bit overwhelmed with work, but it's going good. I miss all ya'll on a daily basis.

My DS account is all messed up. I am not receiving any notification about threads, hugs, messages.......nothing. I've sent two messages to DS but they haven't responded. My guess is they're not getting them. I'm going to try to message one of the CL's or something, but I hate it. I feel so disconnected.

I think of everyone every day and I WILL get this straight.

I don't even know if anyone is getting my hugs or messages.

Oh well, the main thing is that I am here, and I hold you all close to my heart.

Wow, I can't beilieve this is still going. Awesome! Did you ever think this post would still be going at almost 1800?

Today I learned it's good to read all you can about someone before you jump in write a big o reply to a post. But, I guess in the end, there was great feedback from everyone. I was very impressed about the way the person reacted to our misunderstanding. He just tried to make himself clear and move on, without getting frustrated and ticked off. I love that we can come here and agree or disagree or misunderstand and it's ok.

I sure hope they get the bugs outta the hugs and messages soon. I miss connecting with some of you.

I just stopped in to say HI!!
I am finally doing some better after 3rd RFA .2 on the left side. MY nerves have about settled down from it.
I have a big weekend planned and a even bigger week. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving :) I know we all can find at least one thing to be thankful for.
Enigma- I pray for you daily. I really hope your doc appt goes super well.
Cherry and Cathy- I sure hope you both get to feeling better soon.
I know my fix, is temp at best. I do have pain still. They up my gabapitin up to 600 mg's 3 times a day. It makes me loopy! worse than any pain pill ever has.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!! I will be eating and eating some more....:)

Hi Everyone, Welcome to all our new members, it is great to have new people join us. I'm still doing well after my visit to the ER room. Whatever they gave me in my IV worked on my headpain. My pain level is back to it's normal level and that is livable even without any pain meds. My vision continues to be funky and I have an appointment to see a specialist in Dec. Till then I wear an eye patch. I hope that this finds you all doing something you enjoy. And as we head towards the Thanksgiving holiday I wish you all a happy feast day! Hugs, Cathy
