Got another one.
Do not post if you cannot take criticism. Every now and then, it seem to be a bash episode. Sometimes, people are hasty in replying. When faced with this situation...reply with, thank you for your care and concern.
The big thing for me is: Ask for help when you need it. Surround yourself with people that can help you. Delete the people that bring you down. Make lists to help keep yourself on track with what you need to get done.
Eat as best as you can. If you can't eat, buy some Boost drinks to help keep you nourished. Drink water.
Be patient with yourself. This is a marathon, not a sprint race.
Watch funny movies.
Try to keep your finances as organized as you can. Communicate with the people that you owe $ to. They will be much more willing to cooperate if you do so.
Get a binder for all of your atty. paperwork and whatever other paperwork is involved in the process. Keep it organized. Document everything.
Accept the days when you need to just be in bed to get rest.
Don't let your atty. push you around. Get a different one if you feel uncomfortable. They are hired to work for you. not the other way around.
Cry, scream and yell when you want to.
Choose you battles wisely and carefully.
