I am not even a week into my separation/divorce journey and am so very thankful to have found this manual. While reading I have been making a list of what might work for me, so I can try it. Thank you!

Love this thread, not sure if this is redundant, but, if you have a dog/dogs, walk with them! It is great physical exercise, good for emotional health, gets you out in the sunshine (vitamin D is good for depression), and back out in the world in general but in small manageable doses!
