With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Hi, I'm Mrs Kolo I am new here and just trying to figure it all out....

I really want to be pull-free the sooner the better its dominated my life for too many years. I want to be free I want to be able to show myself to my husband without feeling ashamed.

Hey guys am back had a great holiday at the dorset/devon coast!!!

Now on day 164! No urges all holiday either although they are back a bit now am home - keep distracting self!!

Yeah it was good thanks - they had me back another day as well - so I've had 2 days work so far this term. Need at least 15 to be able to pay rent before end of sept - seems unlikely I will get that much though :( No jobs advertised either. If I don't have a teaching job before xmas I think I will have to leave teaching for good (not what I wanted but I won't have a choice)
