  Hi, everyone! I joined DS today and this group as well.I guess I'll share some of my history...I was diagnosed with major depression four years ago. My newest psychiatrist (I've been seeing her for a year now) has diagnosed me with bipolar ll disorder about six months ago.I experience a lot of hypomanic and depressive episodes.When I am in my "up" mood, I go on a lot of shopping sprees, like going to Target EVERY DAY.
