  It’s been a little over three years since the last time I held up a blade to my skin, but the past few weeks, I cannot stop thinking about it. That sharp cold metal on my skin. A cut deep enough to burn, to hurt, to bleed, yet not enough to require anyone else’s intrusion to my moment of power over myself. My body itches for that relief every waking hour.   So I decided today that it was time to terminate therapy. I've been going for two years now and I've learnt so much, I've developed a lot of self control, learnt a lot about myself, gained confidence and crossed a bridge I didn't even know was a roadblock in my way.
