  Hi guys! I haven't posted in a while, and that's because although the depression was still niggling, I had gone though my counselling and had actually gotten to feel a little better and to cope a bit better... I had learnt to be more positive and to cope with my moods better, to not care about what others are doing and where in life they have gotten and to concentrate on myself and to be proud of myself. But this past week has been one of my worst... Monday morning my partner got the sack...

  Hi everyone, hope you are all well... So these past 2 weeks I have had a constant headache caused by neck pain, which is now travelling down my back and causing me to struggle to get out of bed.   Hi all, Hope you are all okay Just want to get this off my chest really. Just lately I have been having counselling (CBT) which has been helping a great deal, however there is one thing that counselling will never be able to solve, money. Lately all my worries and depression have been caused by lack of money.   Think this is the worst I have been in a long time. I am finding it hard to find the motivation to do anything, I just want to lay in my bed and not move, I can't sleep, I have no interest in anything, no interest in interacting with any of my friends or family. I feel so empty, I hurt. I wish people would understand what depression is really like, people use it so freely yet they have no clue.   Hi guys, hope you are all okay. Basically these last few weeks I have been feeling really down about a lot of different things. Mainly my health issues, money and my future. All my friends are getting somewhere in life and I feel as though myself and my partner are stuck in a rut. Everytime I see a friend post that they are going on holiday, or moving into their own property, or having a baby, or getting engaged my heart sinks, I have this horrible feeling in my stomach, and I feel so bad...
